こんにちは〜☆(◕ω◕)

Do you know what うどん is?

うどん (Udon) is a thick type of Japanese noodle made of wheat-flour. It is commonly served as a hot soup. The soup broth is made from dashi, soy sauce, and mirin. It is often topped with scallions (◕ω◕)☆

Udon topped with tempura is called 天ぷらうどん (tenpura udon).

Another type of udon is 鍋焼きうどん (nabeyaki udon), a hot-pot dish that is cooked with seafood and vegetables in a metal pot.

There is also カレーうどん (curry udon)! おいしそう!\(◕ω◕)/♥

きつねうどん (Kitsune udon) (literally “fox udon”) is udon that is topped with 油揚げ (aburaage) (sweet deep-fried tofu).

Udon can also be served cold! ざるうどん (Zaru udon) is a type of cold udon that is eaten on a bamboo tray called a ざる (zaru). It is topped with shredded nori and served with a side of chilled dipping sauce, wasabi, or ginger.
