卵焼き – Tamagoyaki – sweet Japanese egg

こんにちは〜☆(◕ω◕)

Today our teacher taught us about a common Japanese side dish called 卵焼き (tamagoyaki).

卵焼き (tamagoyaki) is a sweet Japanese omelette. It is made by rolling together several layers of egg in a rectangular pan called a “makiyakinabe” (literally, roll-bake-pan).

卵焼き (Tamagoyaki) is a common part of Japanese bento lunches! It is commonly made using egg, sugar, and soy sauce, but you can add lots of different things like hōrensō (spinach), nori (seaweed), etc.

Do you want to make 卵焼き for your family, friends or sweetheart? Check out these cool tamagoyaki pans (makiyakinabe)! It is easy to cook tamagoyaki if you have these pans, and you can impress people♥
